Information Required for Insurance

Age should be 19 or greater as of September 20th, 2019

Special Requirements

A bagged lunch on Sunday at the end of the retreat is included with your registration. However, many men choose to leave and have lunch separately and don't pick it up. We want to make sure that we have the correct number of lunches ordered. Please let us know if you plan to have your bagged lunch or not on Sunday.

Activities

There are many activities that participants can engage in at the retreat for no extra charge. However, if you are interested in the Zip Line, there is a $20 fee (and limited spots available). Other activities being offered are: Swimming, Soccer, Disc Golf, Ball Hockey, Basketball, Octoball, Hiking Trails, Sand Volleyball, Mountain Bikes, Canoes and Kayaking.

Transportation

Do you need a ride? Can you offer a ride?

In order to assist with carpooling we have set up a carpool webpage to connect available drivers and passengers in need of a ride. Once your registration is complete, you will be given the link to the carpool website.

Please Note: Each participant is responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of your reservation.

If a registration is canceled before September 1, there will be a $20 cancelation fee.

Any cancellation after September 1 will only be refunded 50% of the original registration fee.

Registration closes September 8 at 11:59 pm. After September 8, there is no refund for cancellations.

We ask that you let us know immediately if you cannot attend so that we can make all necessary changes with Rockridge staff. Please contact Lisa at [email protected] for any changes.

CHECK-IN
Check-in from 4:30pm-6:30pm, Friday September 20th. You CANNOT check-in to your room early. Our first session will begin at 7pm sharp.
Please arrive between 4:30-6:30 pm on Friday.

MEALS
Please note there is no Friday evening meal - please make your own arrangements for supper on Friday. 5 meals will be provided: breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday (optional bag lunch on Sunday, must be selected at registration). There will be snacks provided on Friday and Saturday.

TRANSPORTATION
